Vivek Oberoi's old video praising Bishnoi community goes viral amid threats to Salman Khan
PTC News Desk: Just days after the killing of Baba Siddique, for which a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang took responsibility, and the subsequent heightened security for actor Salman Khan, an old video of actor Vivek Oberoi praising the Bishnoi community has resurfaced.
The video shows Vivek Oberoi at a Dubai event last year, saying, "Every household, including mine, feeds cow's milk to children. There is only one village in the world where if a fawn's mother dies, the Bishnoi mothers take it in their laps and feed it milk much like their own children." "You won't find this anywhere else in the world," he stated.

Baba Siddique, a Sharad Pawar NCP faction MLA, was shot dead in Mumbai on Saturday. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has taken responsibility for the killing.
The 66-year-old politician was attacked by three gunmen just outside his MLA son Zeeshan Siddique's office and shot six times. He was declared dead in the hospital.
Salman Khan, who had a close relationship with Baba Siddique, cancelled a shoot and hurried to Bandra's Lilavati Hospital when the politician was shot.
Lawrence Bishnoi gang has threatened to attack anyone who helped Salman Khan. The Bishnoi community has been upset with the actor over his alleged role in the 1998 killing of a blackbuck during a film shoot. The animal is revered in the community.
