Patna: VIP party chief Mukesh Sahani's father brutally murdered at home in Bihar
Patna: In a horrific and spine-chilling incident, Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief Mukesh Sahani’s father Jitan Sahani was found murdered at their ancestral home in Darbhanga district, Bihar.
The gruesome discovery of his mutilated body was made on Tuesday morning.
Superintendent of Police Jagannath Reddy confirmed the incident, stating that a police team is currently present at the Sahani residence, conducting a thorough investigation into the horrific crime. The brutal murder has left the local community in shock.
Mukesh Sahani, who was in Mumbai at the time of the incident, immediately returned to Darbhanga upon hearing the news of his father's death.
Sahani, a former minister in the Bihar government, leads the VIP, a party that garners significant support from the OBC community. Currently, the VIP is aligned with the RJD and Congress in the opposition bloc in India.
Taking swift action into the spine-chilling crime, Superintendent of Police Jagannath Reddy said that a three-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate the shocking crime case
