Uttar Pradesh: Class 2 boy strangled in alleged 'human sacrifice' to enhance school's reputation
PTC News Desk: In a shocking incident that has sent ripples of horror through Uttar Pradesh's Hathras district, a Class 2 student was brutally murdered on September 22, allegedly as part of a black magic ritual intended to bring prosperity and fame to his school.
The boy was strangled in his hostel room by three suspects, one of whom is believed to be the school's owner. This individual reportedly has a family history of involvement in occult practices, raising concerns about the motivations behind the heinous act.
According to police investigations, the accused had initially planned to conduct the human sacrifice ritual on September 6 with a different boy. However, their scheme unraveled when the intended victim raised an alarm and managed to escape, thwarting their dark intentions. A subsequent medical examination confirmed that the boy showed signs consistent with strangulation.
On September 22, the suspects attempted the ritual once more, this time targeting the victim to sacrifice him near a tube well located behind the school. However, as they were transporting the boy, he regained consciousness and became aware of the unfolding situation. Fearing exposure, the suspects panicked and ultimately strangled him within the school premises.
Following the grim discovery of the boy's body, authorities conducted a thorough investigation, which uncovered various ritualistic items near the tube well. This evidence further substantiated the claims of occult activities linked to the suspects.
Law enforcement officials have indicated that the motivations behind this horrific crime are deeply rooted in superstition, with the perpetrators believing that a human sacrifice would lead to the school’s financial success and stability.
The boy's father recounted the harrowing experience of receiving alarming phone calls from the school. "I received a call saying, 'Your child's condition is very serious. Please come immediately.'
While I was on my way, they called again and said, 'The child's condition has worsened, and we are taking him to Sadabad.' We followed them towards Agra, but they didn’t stop the car. When we returned, we caught up with them in Sadabad, where we found the child's body in their car,” he stated, expressing the unbearable pain of losing his son under such tragic circumstances.
In light of the shocking revelations, Hathras Superintendent of Police Nipun Aggarwal confirmed that five individuals have been arrested in connection with the crime. "We have arrested five people," Aggarwal affirmed. "The child was strangled with the intent to bring prosperity to the school and secure its future."
The police investigation continues as authorities work to uncover more details surrounding this tragic incident, which has left the local community in deep shock and mourning.
