Uttar Pradesh accident: 5 killed, 15 injured in truck-bus collision in Aligarh
Uttar Pradesh accident: A truck and a double-decker bus collided late Wednesday night in the Tappal PS area of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, killing at least five people and injuring 15 more.
Aligarh Police said "Upon receiving information about the accident, officers immediately arrived at the scene in the Thana Tappal area. They conducted relief and rescue operations and ensured that the injured were immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. The bodies of the five deceased were sent for postmortem, and legal actions have begun. The traffic system has been restored. Condolences were extended for the tragic loss."
The bus was travelling from Delhi towards Azamgarh at the time of the accident.
