Twin tragedy hits Manu Bhaker's family as maternal uncle, grandmother die in road accident
PTC News Desk: Double Olympic medalist Manu Bhaker's maternal grandmother Savitri Devi and elder maternal uncle Yudhveer Singh have died in a road accident. According to information, the accident took place after a scooty collided with a car on Mahendragarh Bypass Road.
The collision was so impactful that both her uncle and grandmother died on the spot. The car driver immediately fled the accident spot.
Soon upon receiving the information, police officials reached the spot bodies were taken to civil hospital for post mortem. The cops have launched an investigation into the matter.
Notably, Double Olympic medalist Manu Bhaker along with four other athletes received the prestigious Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award by the President of India, Draupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on January 17.
