Tragic: 11-year-old dies after choking on pooris during lunch at school
PTC Web Desk: An 11-year-old boy tragically lost his life in Hyderabad on Monday after allegedly choking on food during lunch at school. According to police reports, the boy consumed more than three pooris at once, which led to breathing difficulties.
In a complaint to the police, the boy's father mentioned receiving a call from the school informing him that his son had experienced breathlessness after eating multiple pooris. The boy, a sixth-grade student, was immediately rushed to a nearby private hospital by school staff. However, the hospital referred him to a super-specialty hospital. Unfortunately, doctors there declared him dead after assessing his condition. The police have initiated an investigation into the incident to determine the exact cause of death.
