This is how Delhi metro warns creators making reels in coaches

Making reels in Delhi Metro? With the number of rise in controversies over filming and shooting of different viral content in coaches and platforms of Delhi Metro, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) issued an advisory for creators and warns the commuters to stop making viral videos and reels in Delhi Metro. 

It has been observed that the filming of few viral videos are creating disturbance and inconvenience for passengers. 


In the accompanying notice, the DMRC said that such an activity is "strictly prohibited" inside the Metro train

DMRC used a unique and rhyme style to urge the commuters

DMRC took to its official Twitter to put across the message to the creators and also shared a poster that read, "Johnny Johnny! Yes Papa? Making Reels in Metro? No Papa!"

"Open your camera, Na Na Na! #DelhiMetro," the DMRC captioned the tweet. 

The poster also said, "Any such activity that may cause inconvenience to passengers is strictly prohibited inside the Delhi Metro,"

Netizens reaction on the Tweet of DMRC 

While, the advisory by DMRC attracted a lot of users some also made fun of the same

"Sad that there is no regulation seen on ground, and people are still making reels, disrupting travel of other commuters, strict measures need to be implemented on ground to stop all this. Merely posting on social media would not be helpful," tweeted one user.

“Absolutely right decision, please implement it strongly and strictly, ” tweeted another. 

Making fun of the advisory, one user tweeted, “Still you are not able to stop someone from making reels in metro.” 


Notably, several videos and viral content shot in Delhi Metro is doing rounds on Internet. While for some, such content could be fun and entertainment but for some, the content can be a source of inconvenience and discomfort for fellow passengers on the train. 

This is not the first time that Delhi Metro has issued such warnings. Earlier also DMRC took an example of RRR’s ‘Naatu Naatu’ song, "Travel, don't cause trouble," etc.
