Suspected Mpox case reported in India, patient's condition stable
PTC News Desk: A young male patient who recently returned from a country where Mpox (monkeypox) transmission is ongoing has been identified as a suspected case of the virus, the Union Health Ministry stated. The patient has been placed in isolation in a designated hospital and is said to be in stable health.
The health ministry transmission that samples were taken and are being tested to determine whether the patient has Mpox.
