Bengaluru, January 12: A handwritten note has been found among the belongings of Suchana Seth, accused of murdering her four-year-old son. Although police sources have not disclosed the exact content of the note, it is reported to detail her troubled relationship with her estranged husband, which led to her child's murder. The note has been written with an eyeliner.
Suchana Seth (39) is facing allegations of killing her child during a hotel stay in Goa, supposedly stemming from a contentious custody dispute with her husband. Suchana Seth is scheduled for a medical examination and psychological evaluation, and the authorities complain her lack of cooperation and apparent absence of remorse.
The note, found on tissue paper written with eyeliner, has been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory for analysis by a handwriting expert. Between January 6 and January 8, the Bengaluru CEO, implicated in her child's murder, checked into a Candolim apartment in Goa. During her stay, she allegedly took her son's life in the apartment, concealed the body in a bag, and subsequently transported it to Karnataka using a taxi on Monday. Staff at the apartment discovered bloodstains and raised alarm over the unusually heavy bag she carried, prompting them to alert the police. Post-mortem results have revealed that the four-year-old was smothered to death, either with a piece of cloth or a pillow.
