Snake venom case: Big relief for Elvish Yadav as Gurugram Court grants bail in rave party case
Big relief for Elvish Yadav: In a big relief to YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav, who was allegedly involved in the snake venom smuggling case, a Gurugram Court granted bail to YouTuber in connection with a case under the Wild Life Protection Act 1972.
Yadav was booked under the NDPS Act; however, on Thursday, police withdrew the charges of the NDPS Act stating that it was a mistake on their side.

Notably, on March 17, Elvish was arrested by the police along with five others and all were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. Elvish was sent to 14 days of judicial custody and is being interrogated by the police.
Later on Wednesday, police arrested two more suspects in the case who were identified as Ishwar and Vinay, both residents of Haryana and said to be known to Elvish.
Six individuals, including Elvish Yadav, were implicated under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code for purportedly procuring snake venom for a party in Noida’s Sector 51. This operation was conducted under the auspices of People for Animals, a wildlife conservation organisation founded by Maneka Gandhi.
The incident regarding the rave party dates back to November 3 of last year when it was hosted at a banquet hall in Noida Sector 51. It's worth noting that Elvish was not present at the party.
