Porsche crash: Bail granted to father and grandfather of Pune teen in kidnapping case
PTC News Desk: Bond was given to the father and grandpa of a teenage driver who was reportedly engaged in a Porsche vehicle accident in Pune. The driver was a family driver who had been abducted and wrongfully imprisoned. In spite of this, the two will stay behind bars in connection with the boy's purported blood sample exchange.
The boy's blood samples are allegedly being exchanged, and the family driver—who was threatened with being held responsible for the accident—was allegedly abducted and wrongfully imprisoned. As a result, the juvenile's parents and grandfather are currently serving jail terms related to the incident.
Following the high court's judgment last week, the kid was released from the observation home and his custody was given to his paternal aunt. Commissioner of Police Amitesh Kumar was cited by PTI in reporting that the Pune police want to file a case in the Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court's ruling.

After the occurrence, there was a lot of uproar. The next day, the 17-year-old was given bail by the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), who also mandated that he produce a 300-word essay on road safety and be placed under the care and supervision of his grandfather and parents.
In response to public outcry, the bail ruling was changed, and the young man was taken to an observation house in Pune, where he has remained under custody ever since. On June 14, the minor's paternal aunt, Pooja Jain, went before the court to request that her nephew be released right away.
Due to suspicions that they exchanged the juvenile's blood samples, the parents of the adolescent were placed under custody. On June 1, the child's mother acknowledged tampering with the evidence, claiming that she had changed the minor's blood sample to hide his intoxication.
