'Papa is in drum...': Merchant Navy officer's 6-year old daughter told neighbours after brutal murder
PTC News Desk: The murder case of Meerut Merchant Navy officer Saurabh Rajput has sent shockwaves across the country who was brutally killed by his wife Muskaan Rastogi and her lover Sahil Shukla. Meanwhile Saurabh's mother has revealed chilling details of how Saurabh's six year old daughter was aware of the murder and what she kept telling the neighbours.
Saurabh’s mother said the neighbours told them that Saurabh and Muskan’s daughter had said that her father had been kept in the drum.
“She (the daughter of Saurabh and Muskan) might be aware of this, as the neighbours told us that she (the daughter of Saurabh and Muskan) said that ‘papa has been kept in drum’," Saurabh’s mother said.
“She (the daughter of Saurabh and Muskan) might have seen something, then only she was saying so," she added.

Saurabh’s mother also alleged that Muskan’s mother knew everything prior to the murder.
“Her mother knew everything prior. But to mislead things, she (Muskan’s mother) said that she (Muskan) reached them to tell them that she had killed him (Saurabh). Her (Muskan)’s mother met a lawyer and reached court. Later, the police came and took the family (of Muskan) with them," she said.
