In the recent horrific, shocking and unsettling incident, Mumbai Police arrested married manager for sexually harassing 31-year-old Mexican woman DJ since 2019.
The dreadful incident came to limelight when victim lodged a complaint against her manager accusing her manager for sexually harassing her on several occasions since 2019.
Such spine-chilling incident in Maharashtra sent shockwaves and spread terror, panic and scare among communities.
The case pertains to 2017 when 31-year-old Mexican woman DJ met accused through social media. In 2019, when Mexican woman DJ shifted to Mumbai she was sexually assaulted multiple times by her manager.
In the complaint letter, victim said that the accused used to force DJ by threatening to kick her out of an assignment if she refused. He also allegedly blackmailed her using some of her private photos.
The victim claimed that the accused used to send her inappropriate photos. Despite marrying another woman in 2020, he continued to text her explicit messages and make erotic demands on her.
Mumbai Police registered FIR against accused under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 376, 377, 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
