LPG price hike: Commercial LPG gas cylinders price hiked; check new rates
LPG Price Hike: Oil marketing companies have announced a significant price increase for commercial LPG gas cylinders, effective immediately. The retail price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has risen by Rs 62, setting it at Rs 1,802 in Delhi.
In addition to this increase, the cost of 5 kg Free Trade LPG cylinders has gone up by Rs 15, while the rates for 14.2 kg cylinders remain unchanged.
Earlier this month, oil marketing companies had already raised the price of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 48.50, which increased the cost of a 19 kg cylinder from Rs 1,691.50 to Rs 1,740. This adjustment reflects ongoing market fluctuations. Notably, the 5 kg Free Trade LPG cylinders experienced a price increase of Rs 12 during this period.
Additionally, on September 1, a Rs 39 hike was implemented, bringing the retail price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi to Rs 1,691.50.
Despite the escalating costs of commercial LPG, domestic LPG cylinder prices have remained stable, providing a measure of relief for households.
