From his sprawling mansion in Mumbai to his vast empire of businesses, Mukesh Ambani gifted 22-storey home building worth Rs 1,500 crore to his special friends Manoj Modi. Yes you read it right!
As per the sources, 22-storey building which is located in Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai spread over an area of 1.7 lakh square feet. The property prices of residential spaces in this premium location are priced between Rs 45,100 per square foot to Rs 70,600 per square foot. The luxury space of the multi building was designed by firm- Talati & Partners LLP.
The interior structure of 22-storey home building comprises of seven floors which are reserved as parking lot and the interior and furniture of the house was imported from Italy.

Notably, Manoj Modi is Ambani’s right-hand man, is a Director at Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio. He and Ambani have been friends since their time studying together at Mumbai’s University Department of Chemical Technology. Manoj Modi had joined Reliance in early 1980s when Mukesh Ambani’s father Dhirubhai Ambani was leading the company.
