Chandrapur (Maharashtra): Have you ever heard of one house falling in two states? One such case has come to the fore where a 13-member family is paying house tax to two states!
As per information, a 10-room house in Chandrapur area falls both in Maharashtra and Telangana. The picture of the house are widely being shared on social media. The family is in doldrums as it is being forced to pay house tax to both Maharashtra and Telangana.
The house belongs to the Pawars. And what is interesting is the fact that besides paying property tax to both states for years, the family has the privilege of availing the benefits of both states . They even have vehicles with registration numbers of both Maharashtra and Telangana. This all must be sounding strange, but it is true.

Notably, four rooms of the Pawars' house come inside Telangana while four are in Maharashtra. Their kitchen is in Telangana while the bedroom and hall are in Maharashtra. A total of 13 members of the families of two brothers — Uttam Pawar and Chandu Pawar — have been living in this 10-room house for years.
