PTC Web Desk: The Kullu-Mandi national highway was blocked near the Pandoh Dam in Himachal on Tuesday following heavy rain overnight. As many as 700 vehicles are stranded on the route.
Mandi SP Soumya Sambasivan said a temporary link road was built after the main highway was damaged in the recent landslides.
