Haryana: Family killed in cylinder blast in Panipat
Panipat, January 12: A cylinder blast took place in Haryana’s Panipat at Tehsil Camp area near Bichpadi village wherein six member of family were killed in an explosion caused due to leakage of gas.
As per the police sources, blast occurred when a family member lit a stove to cook food.

Police said a preliminary probe suggests six members died due to suffocation.
The deceased are a man, his wife and their four children.
The deceased have been identified as Abdul Karim (45), wife Afroza (40), daughters Ishrat (20), Reshma (17), and sons Abdush (12) and Afan (10).
The investigation is underway and post-mortem of six deceased will ascertain the cause of the death.
As soon as the incident took place, five tenders and forensic team rushed to the spot.
