Earthquake of magnitude 3.9 jolts Chhattisgarh
Chhattisgarh, March 24: According to the information by National Centre for Seismology, an earthquake of magnitude 3.9 on the Richter scale jolted Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh.
According to the NCS, the earthquake took place at around 10:28 am.

NCS also took to their official Twitter handle and wrote, "Earthquake of Magnitude:3.9, Occurred on 24-03-2023, 10:28:32 IST, Lat:23.08 & Long:83.08, Depth: 10 Km, Location: 12km WSW of Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, India,”
Meanwhile, earlier in the day earthquake also stuck Gwalior
Earlier on Tuesday, earthquake tremors were also felt in several parts of North India including Delhi and surrounding areas.
Many viral videos are doing rounds on internet in which many people coming to open spaces as a precautionary measure.
Following the tremors, the Delhi Fire Service received calls regarding tilted buildings and cracks appearing in the buildings from Jamia Nagar, Kalkaji area and Shahdara area.
The fire services team rushed to these locations to take stock of the situation.

As per the data collected , no crack or tilt was observed in the building.
