Drunk driver rams truck into hotel after being denied food | WATCH
PTC News Desk: In a shocking incident, a drunk driver crashed his truck into a hotel building in Pune being denied food service. He also crushed several cars parked outside the hotel.
The incident took place on Friday night in Indrapur, Pune district, when a drunk driver became enraged after the owner of a hotel in Hingangaon on the Pune-Solapur Highway refused to serve him food.
Inebriated, the driver crashed the large truck into the building. No one was killed or injured, but the hotel sustained major infrastructure damage.
The driver drove a container truck from Solapur to Pune. He stopped and walked to the hotel to order food. The incident took place when the hotel owner refused to serve him because he was inebriated.
When food was refused, the driver became enraged, started the container truck, and drove right into the hotel. Still dissatisfied, he reversed the vehicle and wrecked several cars in the parking lot, while locals tried to stop him by hurling stones at the truck.

The police filed a case against the drunk driver and arrested him at the scene. Further investigation is underway.
