Diljit brings Delhi to standstill for second day; celebrates his mother, talks about respect for all languages
PTC News Desk: After day 1, Diljit Dosanjh's second day of Dil-Luminati tour in national capital was full house. The stadium was jam packed with audience grooving to punjabi singer's songs. Meanwhile Diljit expressed gratitude towards his mother. He took to his social media and shared a clipping from the show and said in Punjabi, "When I was born my mother spoke in Punjabi. I learnt Punjabi first. Our country has different languages and I respect them a lot, be it Gujarati, or Marathi. Some speak Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi, and I respect them very much. But because my mother speaks Punjabi, so I too speak Punjabi. So I say Punjabi Aa Gaye Delhi Oye," followed by his famous number from Chamkila, Main hun Punjab.
The singer also exuded patriotic nature with tricolour wrapped around his shoulders. In the caption of the clip, he wrote, "Delhi Day 2, ONE LOVE DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24."
