Delhi bizman gets sweet box filled with threat letter, live cartridges
New Delhi : In a dreadful incident, Delhi businessman received a threat letter along with two live cartridges inside a sweet box placed outside his residence in the Vasant Vihar area of southwest Delhi.
Authorities have initiated an investigation into the matter and have filed a case under section 506 of the Indian Penal Code for criminal intimidation and section 25 of the Arms Act against unidentified individuals.

The businessman reported the incident to the local police on Friday afternoon.
"On opening the sweet box, he found two live cartridges with sweets and a handwritten threat letter with some personal comments written on it," the officer said.
The officer mentioned that the threat is believed to stem from a personal conflict, and they are exploring all potential motives in their investigation.
Additionally, CCTV footage from the businessman's residence is being examined to identify suspects.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (southwest) Rohit Meena stated that several individuals have been detained, and investigative teams are pursuing various leads.
Further investigation is underway.
