Court asks CBI to interrogate Manish Sisodia under CCTV coverage
New Delhi, February 27: The Rouse Avenue Court on Monday sent Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia to CBI remand, directing that the interrogation of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader during the remand period shall be conducted at some place having CCTV coverage in accordance with guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court.
The said footage shall be preserved by the CBI, the Court added.

On Monday, Special Judge MK Nagpal decided to remand Manish Sisodia in CBI custody until March 4. Sisodia was arrested on Sunday as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged irregularities in the framing of the Delhi government's excise policy.
Given the facts and circumstances, the court ordered that the accused be remanded in CBI custody for five days, or until March 4, for further and extensive questioning.
