Chhattisgarh: 16 naxals killed in encounter with security forces
PTC News Desk: At least 16 Naxals were killed and two jawans injured after an exchange of fire broke out in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district on Saturday.
The operation was launched based on the credible inputs about presence of Naxals in Kerlapal area. The operation was carried out by joint team of security forces, comprising personnel from the District Reserve Guard (DRG) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
