Bhindranwale controversy: Himachal court summons Aman Sood, FIR lodged for disturbing peace and harmony
PTC News Desk: A court in Himachal Pradesh has issued notice to Aman Sood to appear before the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate on March 24. The court has also warned of necessary legal action in accordance with law if he fails to appear before the court.
A case under section 126/169of BNSS, 2023 against Aman Sood by the State of Himachal Pradesh through Police Post Jari, regarding incidents disturbing public peace and religious harmony in the Manikaran Valley.
Notably, Soon recently found himself surrounded with controversy after he allegedly removed the pictures of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale from the vehicles of Sikh tourists in Himachal Pradesh. The action snowballe into a massive row triggering communal clashes between Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
Akal Takht Sahib Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargaj also condemned the incident and also demanded strict action from Himachal Pradesh government.
