Bengaluru shocker: 9-year-old girl found dead in pool under mysterious circumstances

Bengaluru shocker: In the horrific, shocking and spine-chilling mishap from Bengaluru, nine-year-old girl has been found dead in the swimming pool under mysterious circumstances. 

The tragic incident unfolded on Thursday in swimming pool of an apartment complex off Varthur-Gunjur road in Bengaluru's tech corridor. 

The nine-year-old deceased has been identified as Manasa. The girl lived with her family in the same apartment complex in Bengaluru. 

According to residents of the apartment complex, the girl is believed to have accidentally fallen into the swimming pool after making contact with a live wire hanging from a light pole in close proximity to the pool. The precise cause of her death, whether it resulted from drowning or electrocution. 

However, victim’s father expressed suspicion that his daughter drowned around 7:30 pm on Thursday after accidentally falling into the swimming pool. 

As per the initial and preliminary investigation, no marks and claims of electrocution has been found on girl body. The appropriate reason of the tragic death is yet unknown and will only be unveiled after the post-mortem report of girl. 

In the aftermath of the incident, the residents of the apartment complex organised a protest, urging justice for the girl. 

The father of the girl addressed reporters, stating, "We are seeking justice for our daughter. We are determined to uncover the truth surrounding her demise. We call upon the police to thoroughly investigate the matter and assign accountability." He emphasised the importance of preventing a recurrence of such a tragedy for any other child.

Such tragic and fatal incident of girl found dead in pool raises concerns about safety and security of residents of an apartment and authorities have been ordered to probe into electric wires of the apartment and to go through security and CCTV footage installed in apartment
