In the opening video from the show, Mishra can be seen wearing a purple dress as she enters the stage and waves to the crowd and judges. The girl tells the judges that she is from Florida and gives her introduction. Mishra talks about her grandmother's desire for her to perform on a "big stage" and how excited she is to perform.
Mishra claims that Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, and Aretha Franklin are among her all-time favourite performers. Shortly after introducing herself, Pranysqa sings Tina Turner's "River Deep, Mountain High," leaving both the judges and the crowd in awe of her voice.
