Agra man claims he was buried alive by four men and rescued by stray dogs who dug him up

PTC News Desk: In an odd allegation, a 24-year-old guy from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, claimed that after being buried alive by four men over a land dispute, he was discovered by stray dogs.

The victim, known as Roop Kishore or Happy, said on July 18 that he was attacked in the Artoni neighborhood of Agra by four men: Ankit, Gaurav, Karan, and Akash. The victim's FIR states that the four men beat and strangled him. The four men buried him on their property, assuming he had perished from the attack.

Roop Kishore lived even though he was buried. There, a group of wandering dogs began to encroach on his grave. The dogs chewed Roop Kishore's flesh, causing him to regain consciousness. The 24-year-old awoke, made his way outside, and was picked up by some locals who transported him to a hospital where he was treated.

The four attackers allegedly forcibly removed Roop Kishore's son from their home, according to his mother. The police claim that a comprehensive investigation is under progress and that efforts are being made to apprehend the four suspects who are currently avoiding custody.
