5 killed, 1 injured as truck mows down bikers in Panipat
Panipat accident: A truck mowed down bikers at three different locations in Panipat, killing at least five and seriously injuring one.
The tragic accident took place on Saturday when a truck coming from the wrong direction hit two bike riders near the Siwah flyover, killing them on site. After that, it hit two more bikers near Malik Petrol Pump, and finally, two other people in front of a Gurdwara.
Four people died on the spot.
Police chased the truck and caught the driver after a long pursuit. They have now started investigating the accident.
