The Nakodar police claims to have recovered 200 gram heroin worth Rs 5 lakh in the international market by arresting a Nigerian national.

The accused has been identified as Nillian , who has been residing at Uttam Nagar in Delhi.

Addressing a press conference, Nakodar DSP Parminder Singh Heer said a police party during a naka near the Shankar Railway track , saw a foreigner walking towards Nadalo village after descending from a bus that was coming from the Hoshiarpur side. During checking, the police recovered heroin weighing 200 gram.
