Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde-starrer film goes on floors
Superstar Mahesh Babu along with actor Pooja Hegde has been roped in for a new project, tentatively titled 'SSMB28'. The shooting of the film will begin in April.
On Thursday, a big ceremony was held to perform the muhurat puja for the upcoming Trivikram directorial in Hyderabad.
While Mahesh Babu was not present at the film launch, his wife, actor Namrata Shirodkar, attended the event. The puja ritual was also attended by Pooja Hegde, Trivikram Srinivas, and the rest of the cast and crew.
A few weeks ago, Mahesh Babu spent a productive day in Dubai with Trivikram Srinivas, Thaman and producer Naga Vamsi.

Mahesh Babu, who was unable to attend the event, took to Twitter to share a photo of the clapboard and wrote, "A new chapter unfolds! #Trivikram @hegdepooja @MusicThaman @vamsi84 @haarikahassine"
Suresh Chukkapalli turned on the camera while Pooja Hegde and Namrata Shirodkar sounded the clapboard. The film's production will begin in April.
The film is produced by S Radha Krishna under Haarika & Hassine Creations.
Trivikram Srinivas and Mahesh Babu previously worked together in two films, Athadu and Khaleja. This is their third time working together on SSMB28. According to speculations, Mahesh Babu would appear in this commercial entertainer in a never-seen-before avatar.
Leading actors and top-notch technicians will join Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde in the cast and crew.
Currently, Mahesh Babu is waiting for the release of Sarkaru Vaari Paata. The film is set to release on May 12 with fans eagerly waiting for Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
