Maharashtra youth kills neighbour who tried to resolve an argument
An 18-year-old youth allegedly killed his neighbour who tried to resolve an argument between the accused and his mother on Sunday in Thane.

The accused, Nadeem Kadar Shaikh, had an argument with his mother over a domestic issue at their house. On hearing the noise from their house, the deceased, Naushad Nawab Alsi Shaikh, and his wife went there to calm things down. They both resided in the same neighbourhood.
However, the accused got angry at Naushad for interfering in their family matters. In a fate of rage, Nadeem allegedly stabbed him with a pair of scissors in the chest. Many neighbours gathered outside his house and Nadeem tried to attack them also. Naushad was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead.

The police arrested Nadeem late in the night. He was booked under IPC sections 302 (murder), 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means) and 504 (intentional insult with an intent to provoke breach of peace). -PTC NEWS
