Ludhiana: Punjab Congress’s General Secretary Gurjot Singh Mucchal held in fraud case
Ludhiana Punjab Congress’s General Secretary Gurjot Singh Mucchal has been arrested by the Ludhiana police for allegedly duping a person of Rs 20 lakh in a land fraud case.

He was arrested by the police on Wednesday and will be produced before local court on Thursday.

According to complainant, he struck a deal in 2015 to buy a chunk of land in Ludhiana. However , despite of taking money , Gurjot Singh Muchal did not pay any heed .An FIR was registered against the accused in the case.

A case under Sections 420(cheating), 465 (forgery), 471(using genuine as fraud) and 120 B (criminal conspiracy) was registered against the Congress General Secretary.
