International Yoga Day 2023: International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21 every year across the world. The day serves as a platform to raise awareness about the numerous benefits of yoga, promoting its holistic approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi first mentioned International Yoga Day in his 2014 address to the United Nations General Assembly. Yoga has since grown in popularity due to its ability to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall fitness.

This year's Yoga Day theme is 'Yoga For Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,' which translates to "Yoga for the Welfare of All" in the form of "One World-One Family."
