UGC NET December 2024 exam schedule: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the subject-wise examination schedule for the UGC NET December 2024. Candidates interested in appearing for the UGC NET December exam can check the schedule on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
As per the official notification, the UGC NET December 2024 will be conducted for the following purposes:
Award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as Assistant Professor.
Appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.
Admission to Ph.D. only.
The examination will take place between January 3 and January 16, 2025, in two shifts each day:
First shift: 9 AM to 12 noon
Second shift: 3 pm to 6 pm
The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only, with two sections consisting of objective-type, multiple-choice questions. There will be no break between the two papers. The question paper will be available in both English and Hindi, except for language papers.
