Pooja Gehlot wins bronze medal in the Women’s Freestyle 50 kg category while boxer Jasmine Lamboria clinched the bronze medal in the women's 60 kg Lightweight category.

Grappler Pooja defeated Christine Lemofack Letchidjio of Scotland at the Coventry Arena Wrestling Mat B and won the bronze medal on the basis of technical superiority. She took 10-2 lead in the first period and the pressure was on her s opponent.
Meanwhile, Jasmine Lamboria defeated England’s Gemma Paige at the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2022.
Jasmine became India's 30th medallist at the Birmingham 2022, and the first pugilist to officially confirm the colour of her medal. Amit Pangha, Mohammed Hussamuddin, Rohit Tokas, Sagar Ahlawat, Nitu Ghanghas and Nikhat Zareen have also assured medals.
