Jalandhar: Pushpa Gujral Science City reopening on October 15
Kapurthala: Pushpa Gujral Science City (PGSC) in Jalandhar to reopen on October, 15, after remaining closed for more than 7 months due to lockdown induced by the COVID-19 pandemic. This was informed by Dr.Neelima Jerath, Director General, of Pushpa Gujral Science City (PGSC) Kapurthala, Jalandhar. Meanwhile, the Punjab government on Monday announced guidelines for the reopening of more activities in areas outside the containment zones. The state government has decided to reopen schools, educational institutions, and swimming pools in a graded manner after October 15. Likewise, the Higher Educational institutions have been allowed to open after October 15 but only for research scholars (Ph.D.) and post-graduate students in the science and technology stream. -PTC News
