The IPL gets a lot of attention from the Bollywood industry and Kareena Kapoor's son Taimur is one of them. Recently, Kareena Kapoor took to social media and shared a picture where her son Taimur was showing his batting skills.

Kareena captioned the Tamiur picture that reads: “Any place in the IPL? I can play too.”
The post got the attention of Delhi Capitals – which is one of the most in-form franchises in IPL 2020. “We’d love to see him roar with us. A true Nawab always belongs to the Capital city,” DC commented.
Cricket is in the blood of the Nawab family. Kareena’s husband Saif Ali Khan’s father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was a legendary Indian cricketer.
Also, Saif has recalled his memories of cricket during several interviews. Saif had said it several times that he himself is fond of cricket and his son Ibrahim is also a cricket enthusiast.
In IPL 2020, Delhi Capitals emerged as one of the contenders for the IPL title with the kind of form its players have been in.
On Wednesday, Shreyas Iyer’s men defeated Rajasthan Royals by 31 runs courtesy of valuable half-centuries by Shikhar Dhawan (57) and Shreyas Iyer (53). Also, Anrich Nortje (2/33) and Tushar Deshpande (2/37) were the key bowlers who claimed two wickets each.
In 2019, DC made it to the playoffs for the first time since 2012, under the leadership of a dynamic leader Shreyas Iyer (25), the youngest captain in the league. However, Iyer suffered an injury scare during the match as he injured his shoulder while fielding against the Rajasthan Royals.
