Australia vs India T20 series 2020 (IND vs AUS 2020): Australia defeated Team India by 12 runs in the third and final T20 match of the three-match T20 series at Sydney on Tuesday. It was the first defeat in 12 T20Is for India while the last defeat was against West Indies in Trivandrum in December 2019.
Also, the defeat in IND vs AUS T20 series 2020, is the first defeat away from home in 11 matches since losing to New Zealand in Hamilton in February 2019.

Mitchell Swepson dismissed three big fishes — Shikhar Dhawan (28), Shreyas Iyer (0) and Sanju Samson (10) — and led Australia to a magnificent win.
However, Andrew Tye got the major wicket as he dismissed Virat Kohli (85) who was looking ferocious against the Kangaroos.

Also, the tactic of Australia worked from the beginning as Finch's decision to bring Glenn Maxwell for the first over worked as KL Rahul (0) was dismissed in the first over.
Aaron Finch said "It was a great series, and we just happened to be on the wrong end of the first two. It's the first time we've had two leg-spinners in the side, and they were bold with the short boundaries here, so credit to both of them. Swepson bowled the 7th over against Shikhar and Virat, both destructive in their own ways."
Swepson was named man of the match while Hardik Pandya was named Player of Australia vs India T20 series 2020.
