IMD Weather forecast: The India Meteorological Department on Friday predicted rainfall in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, and other states. The IMD in its bulletin stated that the isolated pockets of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan are likely to experience cold wave to severe cold wave conditions within the next 24 hours.
