Goa and Uttarakhand Elections 2022 Highlights : The polling for Assembly elections in Goa and Uttarakhand started on Monday amid tight security arrangements.
For Goa Assembly Elections 2022, a total of 332 candidates are competing from 40 constituencies out of which the hot seats are Poriem, Valpoi, Priol, Ponda, Curchorem, Sanvordem, Sanguem, Tivim, Mapusa, Siolim, Saligao, etc. Here, some of the prominent leaders and candidates are contesting, including former BJP leader Utpal Parrikar, AAP’s Amit Palekar, incumbent CM and BJP leader Pramod Sawant, etc.

For Uttarakhand Assembly Elections 2022, a total of 632 candidates (564 men and 62 women) are competing from 70 Assembly constituencies across 13 districts of Uttarakhand. Here, the prominent leaders include incumbent Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Cabinet minister Subodh Uniyal, Assembly Speaker Premchand Aggarwal, BJP leader Harak Singh Rawat, etc.
