Four children test covid positive at SOS Children’s Village in Rajpura
Patiala, July 25: As Covid-19 cases rise in Punjab's Patiala, at least four children at SOS Children’s Village in Rajpura have tested positive for coronavirus infection.
Notably, the District Health Department had declared the shelter home a micro-containment zone earlier this month.
Meanwhile, the number of Covid-19 cases in Punjab increased to 7,70,654 on Sunday, with 419 new cases reported, according to a medical bulletin.
According to the bulletin, the death toll has risen to 20,367 with four fatalities recorded from Faridkot (1), Jalandhar (2), and Patiala (1).
