Sidhu Moosewala, Divine's new song: It’s been over a year since Sidhu Moosewala passed away, but his music remains unstoppable. Late Punjabi Singer Moosewala's new song titled 'Chorni,' in collaboration with rapper Divine, is set to release this week.

Divine, taking to social media, unveiled the first look poster for the upcoming collaborative song 'Chorni' with the late Sidhu Moosewala and has also revealed that the music will be released this week.


Divine announced the good news by sharing the poster on Instagram and captioned, “Dil se…this a special song for me! This is from the heart…this week. CHORNI!”

The announcement has excited the audience, who can't wait to listen to the song. The fans have gone bananas and their craziness can be seen in the comment section. Soon after the post was shared by Divine, fans flooded the comment section with all the love, respect and eagerness for the artist and the song.

All eyes are now on the official release date.

Who is Rapper Divine?


Divine, real name Vivian Fernandes, is one of the names that have reshaped the gully hip-hop scene in India.

Divine grew up in the Andheri slums with his maternal grandmother. He began rapping for fun but was inspired by a gospel rap song by Lecrae.

Understanding how this medium can be used for writing about different issues, the rapper channelled all his rage into the song. He majorly wrote about alcohol, drugs, and girls.

He rose to fame following the success of his track Yeh Mera Bombay in 2011. So much so that Rolling Stone India awarded it the Best Video of the Year award in 2014.

Divine also made his smashing debut at the prestigious Grammy Awards in 2022, becoming the first homegrown hip-hop rapper to have ever graced the prestigious event.
