'What all I am going through in my life and...': Salman Khan refers to death threats on 'Bigg Boss'
PTC News Desk: While hosting the reality show Bigg Boss, actor Salman Khan made a light-hearted reference to what's going on in his life amid threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
On Friday, Salman Khan was allegedly threatened by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, asking Rs 5 crore to "end the enmity". A WhatsApp message received by the Mumbai Traffic Police claimed that if the money is not paid, the actor's future will be worse than that of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique, who was recently killed, allegedly by Lawrence Bishnoi gang members.
"Yaar, kasam khuda ki, what all I am going through in my life and I have to handle this," Salman Khan said.
His comment was also seen as pointing to the threats he has faced in recent times, comparing them to the difficult work of steering the reality show.
The Mumbai Police arrested several individuals who are allegedly associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and plotted to kill actor Salman Khan.
According to police sources, one of the arrested accused communicated with a handler in Pakistan to organise the attack, which would include the use of AK series assault rifles smuggled from the neighbouring country.
