Navjot Singh Sidhu on board for 'Taaza Khabar Season 2', calls Bhuvan Bam 'internet superstar'
Taaza Khabar Season 2: Bhuvan Bam is gearing up to return with the second season of his web series Taaza Khabar. The trailer for Season 2 has been released and fans are eagerly awaiting its September 27 release. The show will be available on Disney Hotstar.
Another exciting news for fans came about before the show's premiere. It has now been revealed that Navjot Singh Sidhu will also appear in the show.
Taking to Instagram, former cricketer Navjot Sidhu shared a post featuring him with Bhuvan Bam. In the caption, he stated, "With the Internet Superstar @bhuvan.bam22 Shooting for Taaza Khabar S2".
Bhuvan left a comment saying, "Thank you for your time, sir. What an honour."
Earlier today, Bhuvan surprised fans by announcing that the first season of the show is now free to watch on the streaming platform ahead of the Season 2 premiere.
Bhuvan took to Instagram stories to announce the news, saying that his video "Taaza Khabar S1 is free for all."
In the Season 2, Shriya Pilgaonkar returns to her role as Madhu, Bhuvan's lover. Mahesh Manjrekar's Kismat, Deven Bhojani's Mehboob bhai, Prathamesh Parab's Peter, and Nitya Mathur's Shazia are also returning this season. Jaaved Jaafferi and Navjot Singh Sidhu are the show's latest cast members.
