PTC News Desk: Lilly Singh, an Indo-Canadian YouTuber, actor, and TV host, recently met Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh during his ongoing Dil-Luminati tour in Toronto.

Lilly turned to social media to express her delight at meeting Diljit Dosanjh backstage and witnessing his spectacular live performance.


Lilly Singh shared a series of Instagram stories about her experience with Diljit Dosanjh backstage before his performance at the Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto.

One of the stories included a blurry photo of Lilly standing with her hands folded in adoration as she met the singer before the event.

Another story shared by Lilly Singh showed her vibrant energy as she danced along to Diljit Dosanjh's energetic tracks during the concert.

Diljit Dosanjh has captivated audiences across the world with his Dil-Luminati tour.

The tour recently gained attention when Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made a surprise appearance on stage with Diljit Dosanjh at the Rogers Centre.

In a video shared by Diljit, he is seen greeting Prime Minister Trudeau with folded hands.

The artist captioned the video: "Diversity is Canada's strength. Prime Minister @justinpjtrudeau came to check out history in the making: we sold out the Rogers Centre!"

Impressed by Diljit Dosanjh's presence in the country, the Canadian Prime Minister took to X to post photos from his visit to the venue where the singer performed live.

He captioned, "Stopped by the Rogers Centre to wish @diljitdosanjh good luck before his show. Canada is a great country--one where a guy from Punjab can make history and sell out stadiums. Diversity isn't just our strength. It's a super power."
