FIR filed against Gauri Khan by UP police in Lucknow over property purchase
PTC News Desk: An FIR was lodged by Uttar Pradesh police, against designer Gauri Khan, wife of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. The case was registered against Gauri Khan under Section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The FIR was filed in Uttar Pradesh’s Lucknow. The complaint was filed against Gauri Khan by a Mumbai resident, he is known as Jaswant Shah, who alleged that the company -- of which Gauri was the brand ambassador. Later they failed to give possession of a flat despite charging Rs 86 lakh.

According to the complainant, the property was bought after being influenced by brand ambassador Gauri Khan. He later alleged that the flat located in Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow's Sushant Golf City area was given to someone else.
Apart from Gauri, the complaint was also filed against Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited Chief Managing Director, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, and its Director Mahesh Tulsiyani.
