Snake venom case: BB OTT winner Elvish Yadav's big confession on snake vemon at rave parties

Snake venom case:  A day after arrest in the snake venom-rave party case, Indian YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav who makes big confession on arranging snake vemon at rave parties. 

As per the sources, during the questioning hour, Elvish Yadav confessed that he was acquainted with another individual previously arrested for supplying snake venom last year.

The 26-year-old YouTuber, despite initially refuting any involvement in the snake venom controversy, confessed his meeting with the accused at various rave parties. 

Following the big confession, Elvish is now facing charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, specifically under Section 29, which pertains to the trafficking of drugs.

Six individuals, including Elvish Yadav, were implicated under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code for purportedly procuring snake venom for a party in Noida’s Sector 51. This operation was conducted under the auspices of People for Animals, a wildlife conservation organisation founded by Maneka Gandhi.

The incident regarding the rave party dates back to November 3 of last year when it was hosted at a banquet hall in Noida Sector 51. It's worth noting that Elvish was not present at the party.

On November 3, last year, the police raided a banquet hall in Noida's sector 51, arresting five people, four of whom were snake charmers, and recovering nine snakes and poison. Aside from rave parties, Yadav allegedly used snakes for video shoots.

The other five were arrested, and Elvish's involvement in the rave party and the buying of snakes for such events was being investigated.
