Is Diljit Dosanjh married? Diljit Dosanjh, known for his work in Hindi and Punjabi films, as well as his glorious singing voice shining in some of the most bombastic party anthems of the country. 

Though, Diljit Dosanjh earned the reputation of making the world go "balle balle," however he managed to keep his personal life largely under wraps, steadfast in his decision to maintain silence regarding his family in public and this gives him the title of 'beeba munda' persona. 

However, recently, Diljit Dosanjh’s close friend revealed some surprising insights of actor’s personal life which leave netizens in shock.

As per the media reports, Diljit’s close friend mentions, “An intensely private person, little is known about his family but friends say his wife is an American-Indian and they have a son, and his parents live in Ludhiana.”

Diljit Dosanjh opens up about his family 

In a recent interview with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, Diljit revealed that he grew apart from his family at a very young age. Revealing about his childhood and upbringing, Diljit says, "At eleven years old, I left my home to live with my maternal uncle in the city. Leaving my village behind, I shifted to Ludhiana. My uncle suggested taking me to the city, and my parents agreed without consulting me. Moreover, in those days, we didn't have mobile phones, and making or receiving calls incurred expenses. Consequently, I started drifting away from my family."

Earlier, in an old interview Kiara Advani, where she inadvertently mentioned Diljit's son, triggering speculation among fans.

This frenzy was further fueled by the resurfacing of a purported wedding photograph of the beloved Punjabi singer. Reports began surfacing, suggesting that Dosanjh had tied the knot with Punjabi singer Nisha Bano and even had a child from this supposed union.

However, Nisha Bano, who is featured with Diljit Dosanjh in the viral wedding photo, recently stepped forward to set the record straight. She clarified that she is happily married to Sameer Mahi.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Dosanjh is anticipating the release of 'Amar Singh Chamkila', slated to premiere on Netflix on April 12, starring alongside Bollywood star Parineeti Chopra.
