PTC News Desk: Deepika Padukone has remained relatively quiet about her motherhood journey since the arrival of her baby girl on September 8. However, she recently offered fans a charming insight into this new chapter of her life by resharing an Instagram Reel that humorously portrays the realities of parenting.

In the reel, shared on Monday morning, Deepika included a GIF of a person peeking out from behind curtains and then retreating after a brief wave. The video, titled “If adults ate like newborns,” captures the chaotic yet relatable moments of parenting.

It shows a woman waking up on a sofa, making her way to the kitchen, preparing a meal, and staring at her plate. In a comedic twist, she attempts to eat at the dining table but hilariously passes out as she takes her first bite, mimicking the unpredictable behaviour of a newborn.

Deepika and her husband, Ranveer Singh, welcomed their first child together, marking a significant milestone in their lives. Just days after the birth, Deepika was discharged from the hospital, and the couple made their first public appearance with their newborn, radiating joy.

In a heartfelt update on her Instagram bio, Deepika encapsulated the essence of her new role as a mother with the phrase, "Feed. Burp. Sleep. Repeat." This simple yet meaningful addition offers fans a delightful glimpse into the daily routine and the love-filled chaos that comes with welcoming a new family member.
